About the Poster

The development of single-cell technologies has enabled the characterization of heterogenous tissues at the individual cell level. Additionally, combining techniques such as scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq allow researchers to uncover novel biological discoveries through a multi-omic perspective. As these methods require viable cells as input, immediate processing of fresh tissue is often required, presenting challenges for translational and clinical use. This study highlights GENEWIZ's robust workflow to cryopreserve samples in lieu of fresh tissue, while minimizing transcriptional and epigenomic alterations to achieve high-quality, single-cell analysis.
