About the Webinar
Presented at Oxford Global’s Spatial Biology US: Online conference, this webinar highlights the power of spatial genomics utilizing the NanoString® GeoMx™ Digital Spatial Profiler, as well as Azenta Life Sciences' use of the platform in performing reproducible, high-quality, and high-plex protein profiling of gastric cancer and high-throughput RNA profiling of urothelial carcinoma. Additionally, Dr. Corney elaborates on the differences between traditional transcriptomic profiling and the validation work performed at Azenta Life Sciences.
What You'll Learn
-
The GeoMx platform and Azenta Life Sciences' digital spatial profiling (DSP) workflow leveraging the platform
-
Azenta’s use of Cancer Transcriptome Atlas (CTA) panel for the generation of over 100,000 gene expression data points from a single FFPE section in urothelial carcinoma research
-
How Azenta identified patterns of proteomic expression signatures in gastric cancer with surgical resection samples
-
Additional resources to learn more about spatial genomics, including DSP
